Start Small

Start with walking for five to ten minute intervals one day per week (replacing sitting down), then increase by two-minute increments until 15 minutes feels manageable enough without being too exhausting as well.
If you want to stay healthy while your busy, a 30 minute walk is the best way. But if that’s not possible just pick up the pace and try for 15 minutes at first!
As long as it isn’t zero then keep going until you can do more than what feels comfortable or boring – this will show results quickly too so don’t be discouraged by short bursts of activity because they’ll pay off in no time!
